To deliver safe, customized remote fitness instruction and manage subscription services, we collect the following categories of information:
Name, email address, phone number, and billing information (processed securely through third-party payment processors like Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers).
Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q+) responses, self-reported medical histories, injury background, and physician medical clearance forms.
Your primary physical workout location/address and emergency contact details, which are required for remote emergency readiness during live video sessions.
How We Protect & Store Your Health Data
We implement rigorous technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to shield your personal and health information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse:
Access to your PAR-Q+ questionnaire responses, medical forms, and physician clearances is strictly restricted to authorized coaching and administrative personnel. Anonymous, public, or unauthorized access to internal health records is blocked.
All intake data and uploaded medical clearance files are transmitted over encrypted protocols and stored in secured cloud environments. Secure cloud backups are maintained in access-restricted repositories using strict, isolated service credentials.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal or health data to third-party marketers, advertisers, or data brokers under any circumstances.
Sharing of Information With Service Providers
We share information only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business and delivering remote coaching services, subject to strict confidentiality and security standards:
Cloud database providers, secure storage vendors, and video conferencing tools necessary to host training materials and conduct live virtual sessions.
Recurring subscription platform providers who process payments securely under industry compliance standards.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or subpoena, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the immediate safety of a client in a medical emergency.
Data Retention & Client Rights
We retain client health screenings and medical clearances for the duration of your active subscription and for a legally reasonable period thereafter to comply with liability recordkeeping requirements and Georgia law.
You have the right to review or update your contact information, workout location, or emergency contact details at any time by contacting your head coach.
